2.) How long is the lead time to begin my job?

The typical lead time for residential installation is 7 to 10 days. However, under special circumstances or if there are gaps in our schedule, we will be able to begin your job sooner. If custom fencing or materials need to be ordered, start times will vary.

3.) How long will my project take?

For an average size backyard, we can complete your project in 2 or 3 days.

4.) Do you require a deposit?

No, a deposit is not needed. A signed contract is your acceptance of the terms and payment is due upon completion.

5.) Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

We take pride in being a member of the Better Business Bureau with a clean record after 10 years of membership.

6.) What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept cash or checks.

We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

7.) What is your service area?

For the typical residential project we cover all of Central Texas. However, for commercial projects, we cover the entire state of Texas.

8.) Do you charge for an estimate?

We will gladly come out, meet with you, discuss options and measure your property at no cost. In addition, if you can fax or email measurements and any information related to the fence you had in mind, we can contact you via email or phone to provide an estimate.

9.) How long have you been in business?

We have been serving the residents and business of Texas for 10 years. Our longevity and experience makes us a leader in the fencing industry.

10.) What are your business hours?

Our office is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. However, we are available after hours and weekends by appointment to accommodate your busy schedule.

11.) Do you do masonry or columns?

Let us dress your fence with our brick, stone or stucco columns, walls or entryways.

12.) Can you provide references?

After being in business for 10 years we have many satisfied customers who will provide an excellent recommendation. Some customers personally requested to be used as a reference since they were so pleased with the workmanship and service they received from Empire Fence.

13.) What is your warranty coverage?

As part of the value included in all of our fencing installations, we offer a worry free one year warranty on all parts and workmanship. If you ever have a problem please let us know so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
